Refund and Cancellation Policy

By registering for a workshop, purchasing an online course, joining ABCD University, or making a payment through this website, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

1. Live Workshops

Payments made for live workshops are generally non-refundable because the participant's seat is reserved immediately after successful payment.

When a participant cannot attend, they may contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and request one of the following:

• Transfer the seat to another person, subject to verification.
• Move the registration to a future session, when another suitable session is available.

2. Recorded Online Courses

Payments made for recorded online courses, including Marketing Mastery, are non-refundable once course access has been activated or the student has logged in and accessed course content.

Customers are advised to review the course description, language, access period, curriculum, inclusions and pricing before completing payment.

3. ABCD University Annual Access

ABCD University is an annual learning-access program that may include current courses, future courses, digital resources, course updates and community access during the active access period.

Payments for ABCD University are non-refundable once access to any included course, learning platform, community or digital resource has been provided.

Access is valid for the duration displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction, or an incorrect amount is collected because of a verified technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

5. Cancellation by the Company

If a paid live workshop is cancelled by the company and no suitable alternative session is provided, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

For recorded courses or annual learning programs, the company may provide replacement access, an extension, alternative learning access or a refund depending on the circumstances.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds approved by the company will normally be initiated within 7–10 business days.

The customer's bank, card provider, UPI provider or payment gateway may require additional time to credit the amount.

7. Payment Disputes

Customers are requested to contact us and allow us an opportunity to investigate the payment issue before raising a dispute or chargeback.

8. Requesting Assistance

Please include the following information when contacting us:

• Customer name
• Registered email address
• Registered phone number
• Payment ID or transaction reference
• Payment date
• Product or program purchased
• Description of the issue
