By registering, purchasing, creating an account, joining a community or accessing any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Voice of Mohan provides educational workshops, online courses, business frameworks, examples, digital resources, AI prompts, worksheets, community discussions and implementation guidance relating to marketing, sales, business and technology.

The services are educational in nature and are not personal financial, legal, investment, taxation or professional advisory services.

2. No Results or Income Guarantee

We do not guarantee leads, enquiries, customers, revenue, profit, business growth, employment, investment returns or any specific result.

Results depend on several factors, including the customer's business, market, pricing, offer, competition, skills, decisions, effort and implementation.

3. Product Information and Pricing

The applicable price, course language, access duration, inclusions, schedule and available benefits are displayed on the relevant product, registration or checkout page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before completing payment.

4. Account Creation

For online courses and digital learning programs, a learner account may be created automatically after successful payment or manual enrolment.

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Using the account only for personal learning
• Notifying us about suspected unauthorised access
• Keeping their registered email and phone number updated

5. Access Period

Marketing Mastery currently includes one-year access unless a different duration is clearly displayed during purchase.

ABCD University access is provided for the duration displayed at registration or checkout.

Access normally begins from the date of successful enrolment or account activation.

6. ABCD University and Future Content

ABCD University may provide access to courses available at the time of enrolment and additional courses released during the customer's active access period.

The number, names, lesson order, course format, release schedule and availability of planned or future content may change.

Payment does not guarantee that every proposed, mentioned or planned future course will be released unless it is expressly promised on the applicable purchase page.

7. Monthly Updates

Certain programs may include new lessons, updates, case studies, resources or community content during the active access period.

The frequency and format of updates may vary based on content requirements, platform availability and business decisions.

8. WhatsApp Community

Some programs include access to a WhatsApp group or community. Community participation must remain respectful and relevant.

Participants must not:

• Spam or repeatedly promote unrelated products
• Harass, threaten or abuse another member
• Share another member's personal information
• Send misleading or fraudulent messages
• Redistribute paid course materials
• Impersonate the company, trainer or another participant

Community access may be removed for serious or repeated violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All videos, recordings, slides, lesson scripts, worksheets, prompts, frameworks, designs, course materials, downloadable resources and related content are owned by or licensed to Challaturu Engineering And Automation Private Limited.

Customers may use the material for personal learning and internal business implementation.

Customers may not:

• Share course login credentials
• Record paid lessons without written permission
• Copy, resell or publicly upload course materials
• Redistribute videos, worksheets, prompts or recordings
• Conduct paid training using substantially copied content
• Attempt to bypass course or video security controls

10. Live Workshop Rules

Workshop dates, times, duration, language, pricing and attendance limits are displayed on the relevant registration page.

Participants may not record, broadcast, distribute or resell a live workshop without written permission.

11. Service Modifications

We may update course content, lesson order, trainers, platform design, schedules, community structure, delivery methods and included resources to improve the service.

Reasonable notice may be provided when a material change directly affects an active paid program.

12. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for:

• Payment fraud
• Chargeback misuse
• Account sharing
• Unauthorised redistribution
• Harassment or community abuse
• Attempts to damage or bypass website security
• Material violation of these Terms and Conditions

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.

14. Technical Availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet connectivity, video-platform problems, payment-provider problems or other third-party service interruptions.

We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

15. Third-Party Services

Our services may depend on third-party platforms such as Razorpay, Vimeo, WordPress, Masteriyo, Google, WhatsApp, email providers or hosting providers.

Use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

Customers remain responsible for their own business, marketing, financial and implementation decisions.

The company is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, missed business opportunities or decisions made solely based on general educational content.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated when services, technology, legal requirements or business operations change.
